To ensure production stability, we perform strict raw material inspection.

Over 97% of raw materials are sourced from first-class suppliers, but every batch still undergoes inspection before entering the production line.

During assembly, our QC team conducts real-time supervision to prevent defects.

Inspection checkpoints include:

  • Structural assembly precision

  • Touch accuracy calibration
  • Screen brightness consistency
  • Interface functionality verification

This ensures issues are identified and corrected immediately.

48-Hour Aging Test

48-Hour Aging Test

All smart display products undergo a minimum 48-hour continuous aging test before packaging.

The aging test verifies:

  • System stability
  • Display performance
  • Heat dissipation efficiency
  • Power consumption consistency
  • Long-term operational reliability

This stage significantly reduces the risk of early failure in commercial environments.

Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

Before shipment, every unit passes through 100% final inspection, including:

  • Functional testing
  • UI system check
  • Signal interface test
  • Appearance inspection
  • Packaging integrity verification

Only products that pass all inspection standards are approved for shipment.
